Brooke is also passionate about supporting mothers struggling with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD), providing a safe and accepting environment during what can be an overwhelming season of change.

Additionally, Brooke is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, offering this program to dating, engaged, and newly married couples seeking a deeper understanding of their relational dynamics, personalities, stressors, and areas for growth and strength.

She offers sessions in-office, virtually, and through Walk and Talk sessions, holding space for exploration and healing wherever clients feel most comfortable.

Whether navigating current challenges or seeking personal growth, Brooke is dedicated to supporting clients every step of the way.
