Mariah is a compassionate trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that provides a safe and inclusive space for you to seek the support and healing needed to thrive. Mariah enjoys working with adults and teens dealing with trauma, anxiety, stress, disordered eating, body image and self-esteem. Her collaborative approach to therapy helps to empower clients while still providing the empathy needed to discover, acknowledge, and work through the many challenges and transitions of life.

Mariah is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses techniques based on Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Mindfulness, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Strengths Based Approaches. She is an advocate for mental health and has worked in various settings to support, train and facilitate programs for both individuals and organizations.
