Better Mental Health Care
For Your Community

Franchise with Kellen Mental Health

Kellen Mental Health was born from a bold idea: that both clients and clinicians deserve better.

After years of navigating the red tape and burnout of traditional insurance-based systems, we set out to create something different — a high-touch, outcomes-driven model that prioritizes quality, connection, and sustainability.

Now, we’re inviting entrepreneurial, mission-driven partners to help us bring this model to a more communities.

The Kellen Model

A Proven Framework for Growth and Impact

Our practices are designed to maximize outcomes for clients and financial sustainability for owners:

Locations may generate $600k in annual revenue within 4 years. This is based on part-time clinician staffing and is drawn from real data at our flagship location in Alpharetta, Georgia.

With the opportunity for healthy EBITDA margins, the model is designed for financial viability and long-term growth.

The average client may complete 7+ sessions, leading to roughing $1,200 in annual revenue per client-a testament to our client-centered, collaborative care approach.

Expenses grow as the practice grows and clinician contractors are paid after they generate revenue. This variable cost model requires minimal payroll, working capital and overhead–a major benefit in the early stages of development.

You won’t do this alone. As a Kellen franchisee, you’ll join a network of passionate professionals.
