The Kellen Model

A Proven Framework for Success

When it comes to running a mental health clinic, Kellen stands out with a proven track record of growth and impact. Our high-touch model prioritizes strong outcomes and sustainable operations.

Locations may generate $600,000 in annual revenue within four years. This projection is based on real data from our flagship clinic in Alpharetta, Georgia, operating with part-time clinicians

The model is designed for long-term success, with strong margins and scalable expenses. Clinician contractors are paid based on revenue they generate, reducing financial risk while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

On average, clients complete 7+ sessions, leading to approximately $1,200 in annual revenue per client. This retention demonstrates the value of our client-centered, collaborative care model.

Expenses grow only as the business grows, keeping initial costs low. Payroll, overhead, and real estate costs are minimized without sacrificing quality.
