Brooke practices a modern and collaborative approach to mental health counseling, which is rooted in openness, vulnerability, and humor. Her goal is to create a comfortable, easy-going, authentic environment where clients feel empowered to be themselves.

As a counselor, Brooke enjoys having the privilege of sitting in the room with you as you become a more developed, more aware, and in-touch human. The pathway of change can be uncomfortable and unpleasant but choosing to go down it is one of the bravest things we can do. Brooke welcomes authentic emotional expression and real language in session. There is healing in showing up as yourself.

Brooke utilizes a variety of theoretical techniques during sessions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approach, and person-centered approach. Her deep heart and authentic emotional engagement offer her clients the safety they need to grow their love and trust in themselves.
